2. Show your challenge activity (workout / yoga / meal etc.)

• Your Instagram profile must be public
• Use hashtag: #MyFitCart21DayChallenge
• Follow myfitcart
• Post must be a Reel (not post)
• Post every day — no skipping allowed

🏆 Rewards

• ✅ Register → Instant Registration Certificate with your photo
• 🥇 Complete 21 Days → T-Shirt delivered to your address and download completion certificate

⚠️ Important Notes

• Challenge starts the next day after registration
• One participant = One registration only
• T-shirt dispatch happens after verification of all 21 reels
• MyFitCart's decision on completion verification is final

• Instagram username and profile photo
• Challenge type and registration date

📸 Use of Your Instagram Reels

• By participating, you grant MyFitCart permission to repost, feature, or compile your publicly posted challenge reels
• Your reels may be used in our marketing materials, social media posts, and paid advertisements
• We may create video compilations or promotional content using your challenge reels for ad campaigns
• Credit will be given to your Instagram handle wherever reasonably possible

📩 Communication

• We may contact you via email or WhatsApp for challenge updates, certificate delivery, or MyFitCart offers
• You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP

🗓️ Data Retention

• Your data is retained for up to 2 years after the challenge ends, after which it is deleted from our systems
