This Seller Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, obligations, and operational guidelines applicable to all sellers registered on the platform. The objective is to maintain product quality, customer trust, transparency, legal compliance, and a seamless shopping experience.
By registering and selling products on the platform, sellers agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations in India.

Seller Payments are released after successful delivery, return window completion, and adjustment of deductions.
Customer payments received through the MyFitCart platform shall be collected in the designated account of Knehsag Technologies Private Limited and remitted to the Seller/Brand on a weekly settlement basis after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and approved returns initiated by customers solely in cases involving damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect products, subject to verification and approval by MyFitCart as per applicable return policies. Any other mutually agreed charges or deductions shall also apply where relevant.
Settlement cycle: 7 working days
Seller shall be solely responsible for GST compliance, tax filings, invoices, and applicable deductions. The platform shall not be liable for seller tax defaults.

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations, regulatory non-compliance, fraudulent activity, repeated customer complaints, or product quality issues.
Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the platform from losses arising due to product defects, regulatory violations, false claims, or legal disputes caused by seller actions.
The platform acts as an intermediary and shall not be liable for product defects, seller negligence, regulatory violations, or indirect losses — except where required under applicable law.
Sellers shall protect customer information, order details, and platform confidential information. Unauthorized disclosure is prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies become effective upon publication.
These policies shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.

This Brand Privacy Policy explains how MyFitCart , operated by Kneshag Technologies Private Limited, collects, uses, verifies, shares, stores, and protects personal and business information of brands, manufacturers, and authorized business entities (“Brands”) that register, onboard, access, or operate on the platform. By registering or using the platform, the Brand agrees to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. MyFitCart is a technology-based curated healthier food marketplace focused on onboarding verified and authentic brands directly. Unlike open marketplaces where multiple sellers or distributors may sell the same products, MyFitCart primarily aims to work directly with original brand owners to maintain authenticity, reduce duplicate listings, and improve customer trust. During onboarding, verification, and operational activities, MyFitCart may collect business and personal information including but not limited to brand name, company name, owner or authorized representative details, email address, phone number, registered business address, GST details, PAN details, FSSAI licenses, trademark or authorization documents, bank account or payout-related information, shipping details, tax-related information, product information, certifications, packaging details, and other operational or compliance-related data required for marketplace activities. MyFitCart may verify submitted information and documents through internal verification processes or trusted third-party verification partners. Submission of documents or information does not guarantee onboarding approval, continued access, or listing approval. MyFitCart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any Brand account, listing, or product from the platform without prior notice if verification standards, platform policies, customer trust standards, or legal requirements are not met. Brands are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, licenses, certifications, approvals, authorizations, claims, labels, ingredients, trademarks, packaging details, and product-related content submitted to MyFitCart are accurate, valid, genuine, updated, and legally compliant under applicable laws and regulations. MyFitCart does not independently manufacture, test, certify, guarantee, or endorse products listed by Brands. Responsibility for product quality, safety, legality, regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights, nutritional claims, labeling, packaging, and customer-facing information remains entirely with the respective Brand. MyFitCart may also collect technical and non-personal information including browser type, device information, IP address, cookies, platform activity logs, usage patterns, access timestamps, operational behavior, and analytics-related data for security monitoring, fraud prevention, system optimization, customer experience improvement, performance analytics, and operational management purposes. Brand information may be used for account creation, onboarding, verification, compliance review, operational communication, customer support, payment settlements, dispute management, order processing, shipping coordination, fraud prevention, technical support, policy enforcement, legal compliance, marketplace improvement, promotional communication related to the platform, and other legitimate business operations associated with MyFitCart. Certain Brand-related information including brand name, brand logo, company profile, certifications, product listings, business descriptions, support details, publicly shared contact information, and customer-facing operational information may be displayed publicly on the platform for marketplace transparency, customer awareness, operational purposes, and brand visibility. MyFitCart does not sell or rent personal or confidential Brand information to unrelated third parties. However, information may be shared with trusted third-party service providers including payment gateways, logistics and shipping partners, verification agencies, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support systems, legal advisors, compliance partners, or government authorities strictly for platform operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, compliance activities, technical services, or business continuity purposes. MyFitCart may disclose Brand information if required under applicable law, regulation, legal process, government request, court order, regulatory requirement, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, operations, customers, reputation, intellectual property, legal interests, or security of MyFitCart, its users, partners, or the public. While MyFitCart implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and security safeguards to protect Brand information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure, no digital platform, online transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Brands acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online systems and electronic communications. Brands may request access, correction, modification, or updating of their information by contacting MyFitCart through official communication channels. However, MyFitCart may retain certain records, transaction details, verification documents, or compliance-related information as required for legal, regulatory, operational, fraud prevention, taxation, dispute resolution, or business continuity purposes. MyFitCart reserves the right to suspend, restrict, investigate, or permanently remove any Brand account, product listing, or operational access found involved in counterfeit products, duplicate brand misuse, unauthorized reselling, misleading claims, fake certifications, trademark violations, fraudulent activities, policy violations, customer harm, unlawful conduct, or activities that negatively impact marketplace integrity or customer trust. This Privacy Policy may be updated, modified, or revised periodically at the sole discretion of MyFitCart. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform or related communication channels. Continued use of the platform by the Brand after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
