images, pricing, offers, and availability are provided by independent brands.
While MyFitCart maintains platform listing standards,
it does not independently guarantee or warrant the accuracy,
completeness, reliability, legality, safety,
quality, or suitability of any product or brand content.
Products listed on the platform that are categorized as healthy,
fitness-related, wellness-oriented, organic, ayurvedic,
or nutritional products are not represented by MyFitCart
as medical, therapeutic, preventive, or curative products.
Buyers are advised to read product labels,
ingredient details, warnings, and usage instructions carefully before use.
MyFitCart does not provide medical, nutritional,
or professional healthcare advice.
Any product-related information available on the platform
is provided solely by the respective brands

Buyers should consult qualified professionals where necessary

All obligations relating to products,
including manufacturing, quality, safety, legality,
packaging, labeling, warranties, delivery,
returns, refunds, replacements,
and after-sales support,
remain solely the responsibility of the respective brand.
Any disputes, complaints, damages, or claims
arising from a product or transaction
shall be resolved directly between the Buyer and the respective brand.
MyFitCart is not a party to such disputes
and does not guarantee brand performance.
MyFitCart shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions,
health issues, side effects, injuries, losses,
or damages arising from the use,
misuse, or consumption of products purchased through the platform.
Buyers use products at their own discretion and responsibility.
All prices displayed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice.
MyFitCart reserves the right to modify,
cancel, reject, or limit any order
due to pricing errors, stock unavailability,
suspected fraud, policy violations,
or operational limitations.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

such as card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring

Shipping and delivery timelines shown on the platform are estimated only

In cases where an order is returned due to incorrect address,

the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Applicable forward and return shipping charges
may be deducted from the refund amount.
Re-shipping of RTO orders may require additional payment by the Buyer.

attempting fraudulent transactions,
abusing offers, interfering with platform security,
or violating applicable laws and regulations.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, text,
website design, and platform content displayed on
Myfitcart
are the intellectual property of
KNESHAG TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED
or their respective owners
and may not be copied, reproduced,
or used without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
MyFitCart and KNESHAG TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED
shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, consequential, special,
or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform,
reliance on product information,
or transactions between Buyers and brands.
All services and content are provided on an “as is”
and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
MyFitCart reserves the right to suspend,
restrict, or terminate Buyer accounts,
cancel orders, or take necessary action
in cases of fraud, misuse,
policy violations, suspicious activities,
or legal non-compliance.
These Buyer Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time
without prior notice.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
