Welcome to My fit cart. At MyFitCart, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded when you shop with us.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, you may request a return or replacement within 2 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. These may include, but are not limited to, perishable goods, opened supplements, personal care items, or products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

All return requests must be initiated through MyFitCart’s customer support. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Once a return request is approved, you may be required to send the product to the return address provided by MyFitCart.

After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

In cases where a replacement is approved, MyFitCart will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped after the returned product has been verified. Replacement delivery timelines may vary based on product availability and delivery location.

Order cancellations are only permitted before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process described above.

MyFitCart reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering, or if the return request does not comply with this policy.
